This week I celebrated my third wedding anniversary with my husband, and our eleventh year together. We are leaving our new baby with my parents this evening to have a night out to celebrate, and a whole night’s sleep. I am both anxious and excited – for a full night’s sleep especially!
Although the traditional gift is leather, I really struggled to come up with a gift that included that this year. I bought sunglasses for my husband online which I hope when they arrive come in a leather case! My husband bought me an Apple Laptop, a MacBook Pro, and I absolutely love it feeling well and truly spoiled! Plus I feel so Carrie Bradshaw when I’m writing my blog 🙂

New Meals to Make
Can you believe it, I actually made this meal this week! The Orange and coconut cake, uses one whole orange in the Thermomix, and the most I had to do was cut it into quarters. Simple and Delish!
